Based on a survey of 900 IT decision-makers, this report shows that France continues to lag behind North America and the rest of Europe. In fact, less than a third of French companies have launched Telegram Number a Cloud migration initiative throughout all or part of the company. In Europe, companies have favored Cloud initiatives on part of their infrastructure, 40% in Germany and 49% in the United Kingdom. While across the Atlantic, 45% of American companies have already made a complete shift to the Cloud. Telecommunications is one of the sectors where cloud adoption is booming. Finally, 57% of IT departments acknowledge that they are encouraged to deploy a Cloud solution for all communication applications. Regarding these results, Marc Zakher, Area Director France & Switzerland Fuze, declares: “Although many French companies are still resistant to the Cloud, the most visionary realize that maintaining the status quo is no longer enough and are formalizing their Cloud strategy to remain competitive. The growing adoption of the cloud in the telecommunications sector also highlights the desire to offer users tools and experiences comparable to those they enjoy in their personal lives.
