While you may make a reservation any time after the new year, Charity (our POC at the Sheraton) isn’t expecting them until about 3 months prior to the reunion. As a reminder, the room rate ($139 + tax) is guaranteed for our reunion.

Login Instructions to Access Registration Information Online|

1. Go to www.events.afr-reg.com/site-admin/login

2. Username is YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

3. Password is Bia2023! (Case sensitive)

4. Click on View Registrations in the left hand column

5. Select Event Group from dropdown Menu- “September Reunions 2023 ”

6. Select Event from dropdown Menu – “USN/USCG Burton Island Association Reunion 2023”

7. Select Report from dropdown Menu – Standard reports are created, but please let me know if you need any additional reports added or if the existing reports need any additional information included.

8. Far Right Hand side-dropdown Menu “Report Options” you can either print the report as is from the screen, or you can export into Excel and there you will be able to manipulate the data

The site is now live so anyone with the link can access it and submit registration.
